Fire at Residence In Beloit On Wednesday Night

At approximately 10:00 p.m. Wednesday night, Beloit Fire personnel were dispatched to a fire at a residence in town.

According to Mitchell County Communications, the fire took place at a private residence and no further information was given regarding the cause of the fire or other details.

A source tells KDNS and KZDY news that the fire occurred on the 800 block of east South Street in Beloit.

According to Beloit Police, the fire is under further investigation and a state fire marshall will be on scene Monday.
