Jim Bugbee, 42, of Washington was sentenced Friday in Washington County District Court to a maximum allowable sentence of 64 months in prison in connection with charges of sexual exploitation of a child, and commercial sexual exploitation of a child, while serving as a youth minister at a local Christian Church. He was arrested in November, and remains in custody. He received credit for 105 days served, and will qualify for a 15% reduction in the sentence if meeting qualifications for good behavior.
