Kansas Caucus To Be Held On Saturday

The Kansas Republican and Democratic Caucuses will be held tomorrow. Area voting sites include the Beloit Municipal building where registered Republicans and Democrats will cast their caucus votes for their parties’ presidential candidate of choice. Candidates Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Bernie Sanders have or will have made stops in Kansas before Saturday’s caucus.
Caucus goers in Smith, Jewell and Osborne Counties will cast their votes in Smith Center. According to Kansas law, registered Republicans and Democrats can cast their caucus vote at any voting station in the state, and do not necessarily have to cast their vote in their home county or designated voted place. As with general elections, photo ID is required to caucus.
